Scheme Server offers the following features:
- Obtain links to online quote forms for inclusion on your own web site,
allowing visitors to your web site to complete and submit quote requests that can then be tracked and responded to by your staff through SchemeNet.
- Supply instant online quotations through your own web site, so you can provide the facilities that members of the public are starting to expect, whilst generating new business at any time of the day.
How it works:
1. You select a category of insurance that you want to provide online quotations for, from your own web site.
2. You are supplied with a hyperlink to the quote form of the category chosen, for inclusion in your web site.
3. When a potential new client looking for a quote for the category of insurance clicks the link on your web site, a new page is opened showing the quote form. The page is hosted with SchemeNet so you don't need to make any changes to your own web site other than providing the link we supplied.
4. On completion and submission of the quote form, the potential client will be shown results from any instant quotes available for the category, and informed of the likely response time for any manual quotes available. Your new business contact details will be displayed should the client want to take up the quote or request further information.
5. The quotation request will automatically be added to your Quotes Requested section of your secure My Office area, as if one of your staff members had completed the new quote themselves. You will then be able to process the new business quote directly with the potential client.
6. Any accepted quotes will therefore automatically be allocated to your company so you can claim a commission from the company providing the scheme.
We will shortly be providing a demo of this facility so you can see exactly how it works, and appears to your potential clients.
